The head cover gasket seals oil within the valve train — always replace when the cover is removed for service. Cylinder Head Cover Gasket - ZS (Part# YC.DZ.GR000703) creates the oil-tight seal between the cylinder head cover and the cylinder head on the D14000 Generator, preventing oil leaks at the valve train.
Gaskets compress and lose sealing ability once removed. Reusing an old gasket risks oil leaks that contaminate the generator exterior and reduce oil levels. This is a mandatory replacement part during any head cover service. Compatible with the D14000 Generator.
